Who I am
Over the years I've picked up a mix of things that rarely come in one person. I can write code and run a workshop. I can manage a project and coach the team doing it. I understand tech deeply enough to spot the real risks early — and direct enough to say the things that need to be said.
That's what you get when you bring me in externally: someone who owns the whole thing — from kickoff to delivery — without losing sight of the people doing the work.

I don't just manage projects — I build them. w-ibe.ch is a platform I conceived, designed, and built myself from scratch. It's proof that I understand the full stack: business idea, product thinking, and hands-on technical execution.
